GOAL Facilitators
GOAL hires and trains female facilitators to work with the girls in our programs. The hiring process for a GOAL Facilitator takes into account the following: level of education; experience working with youth; experience working with diverse populations of youth; and less quantifiable characteristics of care and concern for youth development as evidenced by what they have done in their lives.

The facilitators undergo a two part training experience before they become GOAL certified facilitators.   The facilitators are GOAL's strongest asset and serve as powerful role models for the girls in our programs. GOAL has a strong commitment to providing the same diversity among its facilitators as it has with its participants.
