TO HOST BOOK DISCUSSION AND SIGNING WITH JILL ZIMMERMAN
RUTLEDGE, AUTHOR OF DEALING WITH THE STUFF THAT MAKES LIFE
TOUGH: THE TEN THINGS THAT STRESS GIRLS OUT AND HOW TO COPE WITH THEM
(December 31,
2003-Atlanta, GA) Girls' Opportunities for Adventure and
Leadership (GOAL, Inc.), will host a discussion and book signing
by Jill Zimmerman Rutledge, M.S.W, LCSW, author of Dealing
with the Stuff that Makes Life Tough: The 10 Things that Stress
Girls Out and How to Cope with Them, on Thursday, January
15, 7:00 p.m., at Atlanta Girls' School, 3254 Northside Parkway,
NW; Atlanta. The free event, the latest installment of the
quarterly GOAL Guest Author Series, will be an interactive
examination of the issues covered in her book, now in its third
printing.
Rutledge is a
psychotherapist with over twenty years experience counseling
adolescent girls. She will address questions around: Body Image,
Panic Attacks, Feeling Depressed, Boys and Dating, Drugs,
Stress, Divorce, Sleeping Problems, Bullies and Lesbian
Thoughts.
